To use AllMyLinks, you must create a Peachy Stack account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

AllMyLinks is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice. You can cancel anytime through your account settings and retain access through the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. You may cancel to avoid future charges.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not upload malicious code or harmful content
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Do not impersonate any person or entity

7. Third-Party Connections

If you connect Instagram or TikTok, you authorize us to access and display your content as permitted by those platforms. Your access can be revoked by you or the platform at any time. You agree to comply with their terms as well.

AllMyLinks and its trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Sara Dietschy LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without written permission. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to store and display it to provide the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALLMYLINKS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARA DIETSCHY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sara Dietschy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
